SHIPPING & RETURNS
We aim to ship all orders within 48 to 72 hours of receiving. If a shipping delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible. Our shipping days are Monday - Friday.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping is free for orders over $150 (post discount) and $15.00 for any other orders. Local delivery is also subject to a $15.00 delivery charge.
Pink Bow Tie provides refunds only for products that have not been worn (clothes), nor used. The initial tag should be found on the item you wish to return. All items must be returned in store only. We do not accept returns by mail.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How long do I have to request a refund?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After that, Pink Bow Tie will not process a refund request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I request a refund?

Please include in your email your order number and the credit card or gift card you used to make your purchase, as well as the reason of return.
How is my refund credited?
All refunds will be credited to the credit card used to purchase the product. When returning a gift, you will receive your refund on a Pink Bow Tie gift card.
Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges can only be made in store.
